To the extent permitted by law, Focuzy is not liable for indirect damages. Users access the platform at their own responsibility.

6. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkiye. Istanbul (Central) Courts and Enforcement Offices shall have jurisdiction for disputes.
